Home in Punta del Este — Project for an American Client
This 4-bedroom home represents a very special project for our studio: it was our first large-scale and high-profile project, designed and built for a close friend and American client, who fully trusted our ability to carry out every stage of the process remotely, without the need to travel to Uruguay.
The design focuses on a large living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, designed to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. The home is organized around internal courtyards, which allow a fluid connection between spaces, providing natural light and privacy.
The orientation and layout were carefully considered, respecting the strategic location of the lot within the neighborhood, as well as its immediate surroundings. The result is a house with its own character, efficient, bright, and with an open relationship with the landscape.
Outside, the home offers a large pergola-lined deck, a barbecue area, an outdoor fireplace, and a garage, creating a seamless and versatile social space.
This project stands out for its level of detail, the quality of its materials, and, above all, for once again demonstrating our experience working with international clients, who value personalized design, clear communication, and comprehensive project management from abroad.
