Beach House in José Ignacio — Investment Project for an American Client
This summer home was designed and built on the coast of José Ignacio, one of the most exclusive and coveted real estate destinations in Uruguay. This project is conceived as a high-end real estate investment, designed both for personal enjoyment and to position itself within the dynamic market for luxury beach homes in José Ignacio.
The home adopts an "H"-shaped layout developed on two levels: the upper floor houses the master suite and a private study, while the ground floor houses the social spaces and secondary bedrooms, connected by interior patios and large windows.
With a steel frame structure and a lapacho wood roof, the design redefines the traditional concept of the cabin-style summer home, reinterpreting it with a more modern, elegant, and functional aesthetic, while maintaining its connection with the natural environment.
This project was entirely completed for an American client who decided to invest in real estate in Uruguay with a contemporary, efficient approach and high value projection. Construction was completed in just five months, reaffirming our ability to manage complex projects with excellence and speed.
The house made a significant impact in the area, establishing itself as one of the first residences to set a new architectural standard in this sector of José Ignacio.
