Home in a Private Neighborhood — Punta del Este

This home, one of the first houses built in this new private neighborhood in Punta del Este, set a precedent in terms of design, respect for the environment, and efficiency on site. The commission represented a great opportunity for our studio, consolidating our comprehensive approach: contemporary design, sensitivity to the environment, and precise execution within tight deadlines.

From the outset, the challenge was clear: to preserve the existing vegetation as much as possible, allowing the architecture to adapt to the landscape, not the other way around. Thus, the project is organized around the trees, generating a unique typology that prioritizes the connection with nature over conventional functional schemes.

The result is a home filled with natural light, greenery, and character, where each space interacts with the exterior, and the chosen materials reinforce that connection.

Thanks to detailed planning and efficient construction management, we were able to complete the project in just 8 to 9 months, without compromising quality or design. This work reflects our studio's ability to support each client throughout the entire process, from the idea to the final delivery, with confidence, commitment, and concrete results.
