Family Residence in Punta del Este — Project for Argentine Clients
Located in one of the most established private neighborhoods in Punta del Este, this 4-bedroom home was designed and built for an Argentine couple who dreamed of a vacation home and family get-togethers in Uruguay.
The project was especially significant for our studio: it involved a large-scale, comprehensive project coordinated entirely remotely, with fluid and trusting communication from day one. The clients never needed to travel during the process, placing their complete trust in our management.
The design is based on a large social space with an integrated living-dining room and kitchen, which connects visually and functionally with the natural surroundings. The program is distributed around internal courtyards and green areas, generating natural light, privacy, and comfortable circulation for everyday life.
From the implementation to the selection of materials, priority was given to the use of the land and its views, with special attention to solar orientation and the immediate surroundings.
The home's exterior offers a relaxed and versatile lifestyle: a large pergola deck, covered barbecue grill, outdoor fireplace, and garage space, designed for year-round enjoyment.
This project stands out for its level of detail, quality materials, and efficiency, and for once again reaffirming our ability to work with international clients, ensuring customized design, close follow-up, and timely execution.
