The essence of this project is to maintain the height of the lot and minimize the square footage for a four-bedroom home. This is reflected in a distinct typology, comprised of the minimum necessary private spaces and maximizing the importance of the common spaces. The result: a private project brimming with natural light, where the main feature is a reinforced concrete slab without supports.
